Making an Appointment

To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our AWAY ® Spa reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend you to book in advance. All AWAY ® Spa treatments will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

Arrival Time

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete an AWAY ® Spa consultation form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 1 hour in advance of your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy WET® area. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. AWAY ® Spa will provide luxurious towels, robes and slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa visit.


FIT® is equipped with the Technogym cardiovascular and strength machines and free weights area. Personal trainers are on hand by appointment to help you meet specific goals or assistance with the creation of a fuel-changing fitness routine.

Lost Property

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at AWAY Spa Welcome. Items will be stored for 4 months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only. AWAY Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises.

Wet® Area & Access

The following AWAY ® Spa facilities are available to non-resident guests booking a treatment lasting for a minimum of 2 hours: sauna, steam room, Fire bath, cold plunge pool, whirlpool, spa changing and relaxation areas. Due to obvious time constraints, non-resident guests who have reserved a treatment of 2 hours or less, will be escorted directly to and from their treatment room and do not have access to WET® area, heat experience, pool or FIT®.

Children’s Policy

Access to AWAY® Spa, including the changing facilities, WET area and FIT® are restricted to over 16’s only.

Cancellation Policy

A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

AWAY® Spa Environment

Our AWAY® Spa environment is one of relaxation and escape. Please respect all AWAY® Spa guests’ right to privacy and seren¬ity. In light of this, AWAY® Spa is a mobile phone, pager, camera and smoke-free zone.
